Dr. Markus McCormac is a Chiropractic Internist based in Wichita, Kansas, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of both musculoskeletal and internal metabolic disorders. He provides comprehensive care for conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, headaches, and sciatic pain, as well as metabolic and autoimmune conditions including diabetes, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, IBD/IBS, and immune-mediated inflammatory disorders.

Dr. McCormac earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University–Kansas City in 2015 while simultaneously completing post-doctoral studies in internal diagnosis and management. He went on to earn his Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) in 2016, achieving the distinction of Chiropractic Internist.

Guided by a philosophy of root-cause medicine, Dr. McCormac focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying drivers of disease rather than simply managing symptoms. He believes proper human nutrition is foundational to health and is committed to helping Wichita residents achieve long-term wellness through informed, evidence-based care.

Outside of practice, Dr. McCormac is an avid hunter, fisherman, and organic gardener, passionate about cultivating fruit trees and berries. A lifelong bodybuilder with more than 35 years of experience, he enjoys mentoring others in the science and discipline of strength training and fitness.
