How Does Insurance Work at Our Chiropractic Office?
One of most frequently asked questions we hear at Wilbeck Chiropractic is “Will my insurance work at your clinics?” The answer to that question is, most likely, but for your benefit we want to be sure.
We ask that every patient schedule a consultation with us to determine whether chiropractic care will be covered by their insurance provider. We don’t want patients paying out of pocket if they don’t have to.
We Keep it Stress Free – Our Caring Front Office Team Expertly Handles Insurance Claims and Processing
During your initial visit we will conduct a wellness exam to discuss your injury or area(s) affected by pain. Before we diagnose patient pain, we ask that patients fill out some general patient information and leave their insurance card with our Front Office Team.
Our knowledgeable team will take it from there, helping patients avoid the hassles and stress of dealing with insurance providers. Patients shouldn’t be burdened with coordinating insurance benefits; they should be focused on working with their doctor(s) to get the care they need and to begin the healing process as quickly as possible.
Wilbeck Chiropractic’s Front Office Team will contact your insurance provider and determine what options are available to you.
They will confirm:
- Full Insurance Verification
- How Much Will Your Insurance Cover
- Deductible
- Out of Pocket Expense
As we handle the insurance process you and your doctor will discuss your injury or condition, take details notes and provide digital x-rays, if necessary. From there your doctor will determine and recommend a treatment plan that is right for you.
Chiropractic Treatment Process
Upon your return visit to Wilbeck Chiropractic, you will meet with your doctor, and they will review any x-rays that were taken and provide you with a diagnosis and the details of your recommended treatment plan. After your second visit, once we’ve completed your first treatment; before you checkout, one our one of our front office team members will walk you through the insurance and/or payment process.
What If My Insurance Won’t Cover Chiropractic Treatments or I Don’t Have Insurance?
At Wilbeck Chiropractic we work with and accept almost all types of insurance. If chiropractic care is not covered by your insurance provider, don’t worry, Wilbeck Chiropractic offers affordable wellness plans that allow a patient to spread payments out over time, if needed, without additional interest or fees.
